Hi, I'm Teresa, and I'm a cheese enthusiast. Turophile? Sure. You can refer to me as your cheese friend, who wants to create a snack board that will have you talking about it long after it's gone. 


Cheese and flowers have long been a passion of mine, from trying new flavors at Trader Joe's as a kid to buying the smelliest, unrefrigerated cheeses in the Montmartre district of Paris. I believe artisanal cheeses and fresh flowers are among life's little indulgences. I also believe in treating yo'self. Because you deserve it. 

Whether you're looking for a little help with a low-key date night, or are looking to impress your friends at a party, let me be your guide.


For my day job, I work in craft beer marketing.  I'm fascinated by the variability of raw ingredients to create such a prolific beverage, and the interconnectedness that comes over a pint of beer. In my experience, cheese pairs just as beautifully with beer as wine would, and the flavor combinations are endless.


I moved to Southern New Hampshire from San Diego, CA in January of 2021. 

The Scarlet Cheddar was created as a hobby that had no choice but to legitimize it self after receiving some harassment from another local charcutier. That being said, I absolutely love collaborating with others, and I'm really looking forward to working with some creative minds along the way.
